I have written with the fervent purpose of clarifying a subject that has been handled in confusion and often with the wrong objectives for years. The present work has been carefully researched and prepared with all personal honesty on the subject. I believe that, for many years, I have been preparing myself to confidently express the importance of women in the Kingdom of God, society, communities, and the world’s future. The urge to write on this topic originates from what, up to now, I have been able to see, live, and learn through personal experiences, the study of God’s Word, and scholars. The first time I wrote about it was in an essay I submitted when I was studying Theology and Religions at Liberty University in Virginia, USA, the largest Christian university in the world, with a very conservative foundation. The title of the essay was “Women in Ministry.”

Therefore, I invite you to read this book I carefully wrote. Allow me to share the beauty of Truth in Scripture. For some people, reading the pages of this book may be painful; for others, it will relieve them; others will find the message revealing; others liberated or perhaps transformed. I pray that it can add Value to your life’s work, personal, organizational, and, most importantly, spiritual journey.

Este libro se ha escrito con el ferviente propósito de clarificar un tema que por años se ha manejado en confusión y muchas veces objetivos erróneos. El trabajo que he dejado aquí para el lector ha sido cuidadosamente investigado y preparado con toda honestidad personal sobre el tema. Creo que, por muchos años, ya venía preparándome para confiadamente expresar la importancia de la mujer en el Reino de Dios, la sociedad, comunidades y el futuro del mundo por venir. Las ansias de escribir sobre este tema se originan por lo que, hasta ahora, he podido ver y vivir. La primera vez que escribí al respecto fue específicamente en un ensayo que entregué cuando me encontraba estudiando Teología y Religiones en la Universidad Liberty, en Virginia, Estados Unidos. El título del ensayo fue, “La Mujer en el Ministerio.” 

Por lo tanto, te invito a leer este libro que cuidadosamente escribí para ti. Dame la oportunidad de compartir la belleza de la Verdad en la Escritura. Para algunas personas, leer las páginas de este libro podrá ser doloroso, para otras las aliviara, otros encontrarán revelador el mensaje, otros serán liberados, o quizás transformados. Mi oración es que pueda añadir Valor a tu jornada del trabajo de la vida, personal y organizacional y más importante, espiritual.
